Too intense or not intense enough
Hey guys. I just wanted some opinions on the intensity of my workout- rice pad warmup 5 min, 10 minutes jelq, then 20-30 minutes of ulis, 440s and pumped bends. I’m focused mainly on girth right now. I started this routine after about a month on the newbie routine, so I’m relatively unexperienced. In my first month I gained less than a 1/16 of an inch in girth which I’m slightly dissapointed about but I’m optimistic. I think I might add 5 more minutes to the jelq session and continue with the other exercises. Good idea?
