Too intense or not intense enough

Hey guys. I just wanted some opinions on the intensity of my workout- rice pad warmup 5 min, 10 minutes jelq, then 20-30 minutes of ulis, 440s and pumped bends. I’m focused mainly on girth right now. I started this routine after about a month on the newbie routine, so I’m relatively unexperienced. In my first month I gained less than a 1/16 of an inch in girth which I’m slightly dissapointed about but I’m optimistic. I think I might add 5 more minutes to the jelq session and continue with the other exercises. Good idea?

O ya and I forgot to mention that I do my workout 5 times a week mon-friday. Should I try a 2 on and 1 off schedule or should I go the opposite direction and start doing two sessions a day?

I think you should stay with the newbies routine for 3-4 months (so add stretching). In a month you’re lucky if any gains happened, so nothing to be disappointed about.

2 on - 1 off is a good frequency, in my opinion. Listen to your penis - he knows what’s the best for him :) .
