When should I switch up my routine and to what
At what point should I switch up my routine. Right now I’m doing 15 mins of stretching, and 160 wet jelqs, increasing the number by 20 every week, and I occasionally edge for 30 mins after my warm down. It’s been about 40 days. I have yet to see any gains. When should I switch up my routine or stop adding jelqs, and what variables should I add in then to increase my length. Should I start hanging or get an extender at some point. Would getting a pump at some point help at all?
