Whats' better for girth, Bundles or Fulcrums?

I’m looking to add something to my girth oriented manuals only routine but for now, want to avoid any devices or any expansion based advanced manuals like 440s, bends, slinkys etc.

I would like to add a complimentary stretch to my jelqing. What do you guys think would benefit girth more, bundled stretches or fulcrum stretches?
