what to do for girth without pumps etc

i want to get more girth without using pumps or weights or doing anything evenly remotely dangerous! - any ideas? i dont care much about length - more about girth. thanks

Welcome, first of all check out the FAQ/quikstart guide and the tutorial section.

I would recommend you start out with a jelqing program and then add some more advanced manual exercises as you get conditioned (perhaps 1 -2 months). like Uli’s and horse 440’s BUT ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE COJNDITIONED YOURSELF.

As far as being dangerous, nothing is without risk but if you follow the programs above and start out slow and easy and work your way to a more intense routine you should be fine. Listen to your body.

You may also want to read in the injury section to see the types of things that have caused people problems so you can avoid them.

I’ve been at this for about 10 months now pretty aggressively and have had only positive results (though some soreness analogous to a work out at the gym)
