What other than your penis size are you working on

Ok, some things that keep me busy these days:

- Getting back to some physical training on a regular base (gymnastics, endurance training, mid-term goal: getting back to running)
- Loosing another 25 US pounds of weight, acceleration is in the square potency of the mass that has to be moved :-)
- Oh yeah, ITIL certification should be done in next quarter
- Microsoft certifications in next half-year too (aaaargh, I’m a host guy converted to Unix and Linux, but this MS-Lego-IT stuff really p… me off)… company strategy, sigh!
- Maybe some Spanish as sixth language - have found a nice train-yourself app for the phone so I can at least learn the basic vocabulary while commuting (if I am not kegeling during that time).

Ask me end of next year, we’ll see what happened

When you say gymnastics do you mean the Olympic sport and all 6 events or do you mean body weight exercises?

I ask this because I was a level 10 gymnast.

Physique: Chasing aesthetics like Ulisses Jr.
Education: Currently working on a Exercise Science Degree and will go back for Kinesiology
Finances: Working on acquiring assets, investments, etc.

I just want to be a well rounded individual that contributes to society as much as possible while having an amazing life.

I would love to be able to do all 6 events, but it’s only a little body weight exercising. I am just having a cute pot belly developing, so I want to stop it.
It works if I am able to do my walks on a regular base, but in winter it is hard because I am missing light.

Because my usual trick is, in the evening, to get off the commuting train one station too early and do a 8km walk home - 2 to 3 times per week.
Is enough to make me loose an average of 1kg of weight per month which is reasonably slow.

But now the days are so short it is usually pitch dark when I travel home.
And 8km during mud, ice and snow in business clothing is not easy too.
So, as an alternative, I start my little body weight routine from next week on.

Maybe you could give me some hints what to do exactly? I plan to go just 5mins per day, 6 times a week. After 1 month, 10 minutes, then after 2 months 15mins.
The goal is more strength, endurance, being and feeling fit, but not competitive level.
I am thinking about push-ups, squats, sit-ups, crunches and reverse push-ups (in the bridge position).

Just to give you an idea: 47 years, 6 feet tall, 165 US pounds, besides hiking (1-2 times per week) and walking (as described above) no big sports activity in the last years.
Until my early thirties I did some free climbing and a lot of cycling. And yes (cough, cough), smoker since my late twenties :-(

I am already absent enough due to my profession, that’s why I do not want to go to a fitness center
- I simply want to spend my free time at home with Madame at maximum.

What I did so far : one years from this day I stopped cigarette ( 5 years of being a smoker ), I totally cut off my addiction to porn, I went back to school and I am doing great, I started playing piano seriously, went to the physiotherapist and I started a program for strectching.

Perhaps use a chin up bar, chairs or something for dips, if you have rings or something (I made a pair out of PVC pipes and put them in the oven then bent them into rings.

That’s really all I can think of gymnastics wise.

PE is often considered by society impossible, bullshit, and this is something else that motivates me: to prove everyone was wrong. When I found out I was 4,5 bpel and that was not even close to average, I just got myself obcessed at finding a cure. I spent 8 months surfing the web sea, the useless junk scammers try to sell, researching, trying, failing, until I found thunder’s. I NEED the same luck with a way to increase my height. Bone lenghtening exercises, GH intake, those old medieval stretching machines (used as torture tools back then), I dont know, there’s gotta be a way and I just wont give up… just like PE is known by very, very few people and its a gift to whomever is lucky enough to find it, the same must happen with height increase. And if there is something I love about my personality is that I do not measure effort. No matter what the cost is, I will only stop when I am 8x6 (penis size), 190cm (height). I looked up some height increase forums, but most of them are not so much often visited… I researched and found already some information about growing taller with hipnosis, lateral synovial joint loading, stretching exercises, meditation, supplementation and, of course, the classic surgery method. My only fear is that all fails… I’ve heard of people not gaining anything with PE and with those height increase methods. Should that happen with me, I will definetly take surgery. Should it go wrong… Well, I will tell my family I will be paying the expenses for my coffin and burial, for suicide will be the only cure out of this life.

Dude your only hope is limb lengthening surgery.. I mean that don’t waste your time and get frustrated by meditation and hypnosis. There is a real way to grow that has been proven to give brilliant results. Can I give a link moderators? Maybe not, don’t want to break guidelines and to be honest I am unsure in this area - try searching for makemetaller. It is a forum for people that are interested in limb lengthening. It reminds me of Thunders, no one trying to sell you shit; just honest opinions..

If hypnosis worked it would be documented.. Limb lengthening is your only real option - it has fixed the lives of people with real problems like one short limb etc. I think you can go for 6 inches if you want. I myself plan to get it done and I am about 5.11, which I know is crazy. I think it is less an insecurity for me and more a dislike of being average in any area

Not a very nice thing to be saying to your family, they must be worried about you man! Penis has potential to grow so try manually.. But save time and go for surgery on your legs if it is that important. While at it maybe read the book psycho Cybernetics, IMHO I think you could do with trying to increase your self esteem. Great book, helped me.. The power of the subconscious mind is another one. Why not also read about all the great people, politicians, actors, scientists who have achieved greatness while also being short or average height.
