Hey guys I would have rather had this post on the Main Member Forum, but I was not allowed to post there. I have been practicing PE for a few years now, without a lot of dedication. I have made some minor gains in the length department, but they are mostly gone now, because I took an extended break.

Currently I am 6.25 BPEL, and 4.5 EG. Both are extremely weak. The biggest problem is, is that I am 6ft 245llbs. I am pretty stocky and quite muscular. I have big legs as well and this just makes my penis look worse.

I have been working on my length for the past few months, using manual stretches, light jelqing, and an ADS attached to my leg. Here is my dilemma, I know that girth is so much more important then length while trying to please a woman. That is the one of the main reasons I do PE, is to be a better lover, like a lot of guys here.

My question to all of you is this: Should I abandon the length and concentrate on my pathetic girth? Or do I grind it out and hit my goal on length(which is 7NBEL), and then work on my girth. The problem is that I know in order to hit that length goal if at all, would take a long time, and a lot of dedication.

I guess what I am really looking for is your guy’s advice on what I should concentrate on.

Concentrate on your length goal and you may find a little girth has come along for the ride. Once you hit or get close to your goal concentrate on girth. Good luck.

If you have been doing this routine for a while without getting the results you wuld like then perhaps a change to pumping might be worthwhile.

It may give you more girth than length, but at least you wil be gaining in two directions, And of course more girth means a heavier unit which might give you a better flaccid hang..

Could be worth a try.

Yes I agree, but that length goal may take a very long time, or never come at all. I guess I am scared to waste a lot of time on length just for it not to work. thank you though kmish for the advice, I will probably continue my length goal.

I have never tried the pumping, but if I could gain in both departments that is definitely a win. You are right I think I am going to have to switch up my routine a bit as well.

First off, 6.5 BPEL is on the larger end of average. 4.5 EG is small, but don’t be down on yourself. Let girls do that for you. :D

Dude, you’re perfectly normal and average. However, yeah, I understand. I’d want some extra girth too; I’m just slightly above average in girth and I definitely want some more.

But honestly, you should probably just do a comprehensive routine. I don’t really do much PE, I have to be careful because I shot up half an inch twice when I only did minimal dry jelqing for a month - little to no girth gains, though. I was at 7.2 BPEL and I went up to 8.0 - I don’t want any more.

6.5 is great. You won’t bottom out and it’s fine. So you can do all the exercises - increasing length helps girth, because overall, it still weakens your tunica. So focusing on girth is fine, but you should still do length.

I feel you on the big legs depatment. I’m the same muscular legs from sport but it makes my penis look small in comparison. Your a decent size I would focus on girth if I were you and that extra girth will give you confidence then start the length gains.

Dude I appreciate the positive words I really do. But remember now, that my 6.25 length is bone pressed. So, not bone pressed I’m only working with a 5.75x4.5, which is really really bad.

I was doing manual stretches, and using an ADS(the VacExtender), only I was attaching it down my leg. I know about having big legs from sport too. I used to play college football in US, and competitively lift weights. It kills your overall look.

If I were you id buy a Bib hanger and get hanging. You are well conditioned by now and it could be key to getting your length gains.

You can also do lots of jelqing with it and this should help with girth gains.

That was my routine anyway and it worked for me. The key tho is consistency. Also privacy is a major issue if you want to start hanging.


I already have the VacuHanger, you still recommend the Bib???? I definitely need to re-evaluate my PE routines, Petitfaun mentioned a pump and you’ve mentioned the Bib, I have to research both and make a change, because I am in trouble and I gotta concentrate on my weak size, cause it is weighing HEAVY on my mind especially when I sleep with my G/F.

Actually it isn’t that bad, although I understand your desire to be bigger. According to most penis surveys the average nbp size in length is around 5.88 inches or so, so I would say you are average. Your girth might be a bit under average but it isn’t so bad either.

It’s strange (well, not really) how something we know is large can seem small in comparison. I’m pretty tall, 6’4”, and for a number of years it made my flaccid look kind of small. Since I also had fairly muscular legs and a small waist I never looked large. These days I have a better flaccid hang and mainly just don’t give a ****. Basically, try not to compare the dimensions of your penis to the dimensions of your body. Instead, compare it to everyday objects; it’s a much more revealing experience. A lot of people use a toilet paper roll, I usually use a beer bottle (I have to find that pic again…).

And after that rant, here’s an answer to your original question: stick with a balanced routine but if you really feel that you’re fine about the length then put a little more focus on girth (depending on how far along you are in your PE “career”). I like variations on the Uli and other trapping exercises for girth. Try those at both high and moderate erection levels but be ware that those are intense exercises and you need some good conditioning and awareness of what PE does for you before you can start using them.

Don’t let it mess with your head, positive thinking helps greatly in PE. At least you are a decent size and you are doing something about it so the only way is up from here. Just make sure when you find a routine you stick to it rigorously. In my PE experience so far I have found that consistency is the key thing. Let me know what routine you are going for when you decide.
