Your thickness and prospects for improving size will be based upon increasing your volumetric capacity, the only way to do this is by taking in more blood and improving the pressure gradient of your erectile system. So i’v pretty much been looking through these forums alot today because I did not find much of a measurablei increase in my girth, and I am wandering. I have gained noticablly in flaccid length, erect length, and flaccid girth, at least .35 inches probably more like 0.4 inches in each category. Is this something that happens often in the early stages (PEing for 3 1/2 months), or is it something that I can fix by varying my workout. I mean if I have a full flaccid, I am literally about .15-.2 inches less than my fully erect girth, I use to be about .6-.7 less.

I also understand the idea of expanding the shaft, I am just wandering how its possible to get significant flaccid gains in girth while getting maybe 0.1 in overall girth.

Right about the cable clamps being discreet. I think I will look for some in the near future. About the rope: make sure it is soft, and go easier on the first wraps, gradually getting tighter and finishing off with a knot similar to how you tie your shoes. Awesome expansion.

I have not been going for length at all so it is hard to say it girth focus has hindered length gains. I have been incorrectly PEing for 2 years now, but I have inadvertently gained .5 inches! I started at 6.75 bone pressed, and now as a result of a regimen of wet/dry jelqs, kegels, and stretches, that has jumped to 7-7.1. Only recently, after changing my routine to stretches, dry jelqs, ulis and clamping, have I noticed gains in girth. I also have a more muscular looking unit now so aesthetically it is also pleasing. One thing: stay away from more advanced clamping methods like clamped bends - I got discoloration from this, which sucked. It took a while to go away. I always do about a minute of firegoat rolls in the shower and the color has seemed to fade.

You got awesome length already, so in my humble opinion, I would just focuses on girth. I bottom out on girls with my humble 7 incher, so I don’t think any more is necessary. But girth - I think 6 inches is perfect for me.

What you describe about the corpora cavernosa getting pumped out (or not) depends on technique.

You don’t have to get fluid build-up from pumping, and there are techniques in pumping that encourage deeper expansion.

I pumped for 4-6 weeks. If you don’t mind having a pump around the house, by all means try it, but do not over do it! If you do it with moderate vacuum pressure, for, say 10-15 minutes, your dick will be huge. I never got to try it on a woman in that state, but I sure wanted to. I read somewhere that a lot of pornstars pump before a scene, and I believe it.

My thoughts on pumping are not scientific at all. I am also a newbie to all this, so I could be wrong. Here is the difference between clamping and pumping, however: pumping gives you, temporarily, a much larger dick, but it is smooth and puffy. Clamping gives you less volume, but it is hard and muscular, and it seems to stay. I have a feeling that with regular and moderate clamping you can cement the gains. To each their own; different methods work for different people. Many people have achieved permanent girth gains through pumping, myself included. Also, pumping is a billion times safer than clamping when done properly. It is also recognized by doctors to be effective in battling ED by encouraging more blood flow to the penis, as well as effective in treating the effects of peyronies. I pump around 15-20 mins each day at lower pressure and feel it works wonders for EQ, night wood, and overall penis health.

So do alot of people think pumping is a neccessity then?

or can I meet my goal of .6-.7 inches girth with just clamping, squeezes, and ADS?

Also has anybody noticed that their very slight gain in girth translates to a gain in length ultimately. I think its happened twice where I gained about 1/16th of an inch in girth, and it translated into about .15-.2 inch in length, and my girth went back to normal.

^ In all honesty, I combine pumping and clamping but then again, I didn’t start mixing the two after a long while.
