Right about the cable clamps being discreet. I think I will look for some in the near future. About the rope: make sure it is soft, and go easier on the first wraps, gradually getting tighter and finishing off with a knot similar to how you tie your shoes. Awesome expansion.
I have not been going for length at all so it is hard to say it girth focus has hindered length gains. I have been incorrectly PEing for 2 years now, but I have inadvertently gained .5 inches! I started at 6.75 bone pressed, and now as a result of a regimen of wet/dry jelqs, kegels, and stretches, that has jumped to 7-7.1. Only recently, after changing my routine to stretches, dry jelqs, ulis and clamping, have I noticed gains in girth. I also have a more muscular looking unit now so aesthetically it is also pleasing. One thing: stay away from more advanced clamping methods like clamped bends - I got discoloration from this, which sucked. It took a while to go away. I always do about a minute of firegoat rolls in the shower and the color has seemed to fade.
You got awesome length already, so in my humble opinion, I would just focuses on girth. I bottom out on girls with my humble 7 incher, so I don’t think any more is necessary. But girth - I think 6 inches is perfect for me.
