What are some good techniques that have short sessions

I simply don’t have the time for hour-long sessions day after day. Any thoughts?

Do the newbie routine.

Yeah the newbie routine is short and gets the job done.

I dont know why, but the newbie routine usually takes me about an hour from start to finish.

It should cost 20 minutes, maybe with regrabbing and not constantly focusing on the time 25 but not much more. Read the instructions again and you will perform the newbie routine way quicker.

The newbie routine should take about 25 minutes start to finish.

I know effectiveness of exercises has been talked about to no end, but has there ever been an “efficiency” thread?! I did some searches, but could not find a good thread about efficiency. I think there is a large demand for “efficient” exercises, ie. Big gains with low time and no equipment requirements. To me, efficiency sounds like the magic bullet; but I like I said, I couldn’t find much said about efficiency specifically. Maybe I missed a thread on this?

Still, I haven’t seen a nice list of the most efficient exercises. A list of the high intensity, short time requirement exercises would be nice. With a list like this, the Minimalist would know what exercises are in his arsenal. Heck, I’ve been thinking about working on creating this list if I have time someday. On that note, feel free to post/PM suggestions for the exercises that should be included in the Minimalist’s PE exercises.

Very short exercises:

Ulis
Horses
JAI stretches

The Ulis and horses alone can give you your girth goal. For your length goal there is more required than JAI stretches. Definitely add some stretching. Finally add some jelqing to speed things up.

Awesome! Thanks for the suggestions. I’m all about efficiency and perhaps a little clamping on the side.

And then add the disclaimer that these are techniques that will break the dick of a new guy. High intensity, short time invested methods will f*ck up the penis of a guy that doesn’t have at least a few months of dedicated PEing under their belt. No joking.

Are you like Kramer taking a shower or something. :D

You can do JAI stretches while you watch TV or whatever, read online, doesn’t matter. You get into a groove of on/off with the stretch and the next thing you know, 30 min has gone by. So it doesn’t have to be PE-ONLY time, as in totally dedicated to just that. To me, that is one of the powers of JAI.
