What are consider "newbie gains"? what does that mean?
Almost in every PE forum, i see people talking about “newbie gains” After the newbie gains, you will have to move forward to advance stuff like hanging with weights, pumps, advance jelqing, ads etc.
what the hell is consider a newbie gain? how do you know if you plateau in newbie gain?
For example. let say after doing the JP Routine for 90 days.. and If i gain at least 1/2-1 inch… do I stop and move to ads, pumps, weights, and other advance jelqing techniques?
