Hey guys, just wondering if you had lots of determination and patients etc, are using these weights and clamps and pulleys and whatever else there is, necessary?

They just seem so daunting and I never knew anything of them before I came here. But everyone keeps talking about them, so it seems that everyone is using them! I’m a tiny bit over 5.5” erect (non bone pressed) and I want to aim for anything over 7.5”. Haven’t measured LOT yet. Thanks

Is there a limit that manual stretching can take you? Is there always a point where you have to say “fuck it” I have to start using weights here, or if you persist with the manual techniques will that ultimately get you to the same goals?
