Weight Lifting And PE Timing

Is there a good timing of when to do weight lifting and PE?

Reason I ask is because a lot of blood leaves the penis for muscle during weight lifting and I’m wondering if that’s ok after a PE routine or if I should wait some time before weight lifting?

I lift, doing it after is probably the move to counteract the turtling. I’m back to a normal hang after 30 minutes or so. Probably doesn’t have much of an effect.

there is zero correlation between the mechanisms of PE and muscle growth. the latter is a response to muscle exhaustion. the former a response to stretching.
