Gains and Weight Lifting Question.
First of all, I’m new to the boards : ) . Always lingered but never signed up.
Anyway, I don’t know if this has been discussed, but was wondering if doing exercises like Squats, Back Rows, and Bench Press would aid in gains to your penis because they increase testosterone in your body.
Say I did Jelqs before I went to the gym, is it possible that I would get better results?
