Red spots are no worries. They will fade or disappear completely as your unit toughens up a bit.

You would need to be an expert on the topic yourself in order to judge his level of knowledge. He is good at painting himself as an expert. Not at all the same thing as being one. So much of the information he gives is wrong that I wouldn’t even know where to begin.

Damn but that makes me feel a bit old.

Well I just took measurements after about a month of trying and I believe I did find the method of jelqing for myself that does work.

For those who are still having a hard time, just keep it up and experiment with the way you jelq! It’s in you, you just have to find it! :)

I got those dots today for the first time while clamping. The pressure in my penis was greater than usual for a moment or two and the spots formed immediately. An hour later they are still there.

I have seen spots like that before when sex has been particularly good, and I know they fade over time.

It’s dangerous! Not recommended for newbies, advise you that jelqing over 6 months will prepare you and facilitate better gains when you do start clamping. If you are gonna keep clamping, please do your reading and be super careful!

What do you mean the spots formed immediately?

Immediately as in right after the pressure in my penis rose higher than it had before. I immediately let the clamp out as the pressure rose because of my sensitivity to the procedure.

I have been PEing for just over four months and I also use a homemade stretcher from parts bought at home depot.

My penis has always been slow to become fully erect. Many times with women I would be erect enough for penetration but I know there was another “step” that would take several minutes to reach, and this is true with clamping. In the clamp it would take a minute or two to become erect but as many as ten minutes to get rigid. Today when I noticed the red spots I had been clamping for over half an hour and all of a sudden I felt a rush of pressure, which I immediately un-clamped. That was when the spots appeared.

I had also been measuring and had reached almost 7” before the pressure jump.

Clamping for 30 minutes?! :O

Tissue death due to deoxygenation can occur after as little as 10 minutes. If you’re new to clamping I strongly recommend you don’t go over 10 minutes.

Your penis doesn’t actually need to be erect while clamping, just at the start, some people actually find you get better expansion if you lose the erection while clamped, simpling allowing it to swell.

Yeah, I always go overboard with exercise, so PE is no different. I am just leaning the right way to do things and really appreciate the input from experienced PEers. I have to say though that while clamping I don`t see significant discolouration of the penis and erection level rises and falls during the sessions and I never clamp so hard that the penis cannot soften on it`s own occasionally.
