Hello everybody I’m trying to gain just girth for now until I reach 5” because I’m a little above 4”.
So can I just jelq to reach my goal for girth.Which is better every other day or 5 days with weekend off.

Yea, stick with jelqing until your penis is conditioned enough to try more intense girth excersizes.
