VacADS problem.

I dont know if it´s my small glans but my dick slips out from cylinder when using stronger strect force. When I go to erection lenght or more I really have to strugle that my glnas somehow stays at cylinder. I thought it was because old sleeve but problem continues after I changed sleeve.

Help appreciated. I like to use vacADS, but could it be any help if I dont use more force (more than erection lenght)?
