V jelq or Parallel grip jelq variants

What would be the best thing to do with the linear newbie routine ? V jelq or Parallel, C grip, or another type of grip jelqing ? I don’t like OK grip at all.

V jelq seemed cool, and parallel may be the safest ?

Why not try different grips and see which suits you best. You’ve already eliminated the OK grip. (I didn’t use it much either-aggravated my arthritis), But I like the C grip.
