Hi I am new here and am very interested in making the most out of my member. Stretched to the bone I am currently 7.25” and at one time was close to 8” (back when I was younger and was having sex with new girls almost every day, sometimes more than one in a day). So I think my hydraulics have shrunk a bit from lack of use (same gal for way too long now, no one likes to eat the same meal every single day, and she is not the horniest of people!). I want to bring it back to what it was and then some, not so much for her (okay I couldn’t care less what she thinks), but for myself!

I have a science background and have also been into bodybuilding (on and off) since the age of 17 (am 36 now). I think that the best way to get the penis to grow would be an ADS device (traction), it would seem to me that this is the most efficient method to cause the micro-tears and tissue neogenesis. I have tried to make one myself using some of the info I gathered here, but alas I can only wear it for an hour or so, after which it just gets too painful (on the penis skin). Nevertheless I was wondering if anyone has made an ADS that used a shoulder harness and pulled the penis straight up? If so how well did it work? I seem to get a better tug in my entire penis base and shaft when force is applied upwards or outwards rather than down; where I really only feel it on the ligaments. Pictures, suggestions? Shrinkage over time from lack of use, yeah I can attest to that..

You pose an interesting question one which I hope others can contribute to.

I myself have experimented with upwards hanging, ie I just used a longer link chain and just slung (carefully of course) the weights over the back of the chair or bed head. The chair I have is a bucket seat from a car on castors with the holes for the 3 point harness so it makes it a bit easier.

The only problem I’m having with this technique at the moment is grip on the dick, but I do have some theraband in the post so I’m hoping that will help.

I’ve never found long term hanging or ADS use entirely comfortable so have always had to give my dick a break every hour anyway.

The penimaster works for me in an upwards direction.
Infact it hurts if I have it pulling down and damages ligaments.
