Update to Help with Length

I have changed my routine slightly. I do exercises more aggressively (jelquing, bending, and 2way length) and then take a day off, so I am only exercising every other day with exception to the PC flexing….i still do approx. 500 per day usually in sets of 50 to 100 holding for 5 sec each and resting 2-3 sec in between reps.

I have seen another 1/4” to 1/2” in length, but I dont know if it is from the change in routine or from before, so I am going to continue the new routine. I am now at 6x5.5 sometimes 5 7/8x5.5.

No replies to the last post….I would really like to hear from some of the more experienced about my routine.

The PC flex really helps in being able to get it up quickly and maintaining a rock hard erection.

If what you are doing is working and giving you gains and no injuries, stick with it. If you feel you can do a little more, add reps or intensity slowly. Also, try taking a longer break in between PC flexes. 5 second flex, 5 second rest, 10 second flex, 10 second rest, etc. Have you read the “Thermo” post?

I’m not a big fan of the 2 way exercise. I tried it for awhile but didn’t get anything more out of it than a slightly enlarged dick, but no significant gains worth mentioning here.

I’d throw in some Power Jelqs, Uli’s and squeezes, but it might be a little too early for you to do so. Just as Thunder said, increase the intensity gradually to reduce the risk of injury.

Make it huge....!
