So here is my story. I started PE a bit less than a month ago.

I started at about 6.45” BPEL and 5.6 EG. So naturally, my girlfriend and I agreed that the final goal should be 8x6.

So, I knew that my EG was close to the final goal, and I adapted my routine to give me more gains in length:
5 min warm wrap
10 min wet jelqing with about 40% erection
5 min stretches
5 min warm wrap

2 days ON, 1 day OFF.

Only 12 days in newbie routine and I made incredible gains. Almost +0.3” BPEL and +0.1” EG.

Also, although it was hard for me because I became kinda addicted to PE, I never missed a rest day, nor prolonged or did less of my routine.

But, here is what I found today. Took a ruler and measured. When I couldn’t believe my eyes, I measured it again (and tried a few more times to be sure).

I must be doing something wrong, because I lost about 0.1” in length and gained 0.1” in girth.

Problem with this is when my girlfriend and I have sex it usually lasts a long time. And since last week, every time we have sex, after few hours she has a little blood stain on her panties.

Also, although she doesn’t want to admit it, I can see that she doesn’t enjoy sex as much. What she did admit is that sometimes, when I get carried away in bed and start pumping to hard, she feels pain.

I think it is because I didn’t give her enough time to adept to my fast growing girth.

I decided to stop my PE (as well as sex, due to safety reasons) until I figure out why I lost 0.1” in BPEL and how to stop developing girth (so fast).

And for that, I need your help guys! Please, help me find a better length-gaining routine.

Well, concerning you long sex session problem, a lot of foreplay and lube.

Concerning your PE - if you want length, 5 minutes of stretching ain’t gonna cut it. At least not for the biggest majority of people.

But since you are still on the newbie routine, I would suggest you gradually increase your stretch time, and maybe use an ADS after your workout.

Wait a minute, don’t worry so much. First don’t make conclusion on your own. Ask her, talk with her. Let her know what you think and then, see what she will say to you. And about the 0.1” gain on girth that’s 0.254 cm, and that’s not some thing very big. I don’t think it’s because of your EG.

Anyway, foreplay isn’t a problem (we always have long foreplays). As for lube, we once tried Gynaicol and she didn’t like it at all. I must say I didn’t either, an uncomfortable unnatural feeling.

As for the routine, is it safe to do more stretches? And about ADS, I was under the impression that my penis should be a lot more conditioned before using it.

It is totally .2” girth growth (so about half a centimeter) in less than a month. I suppose it IS a lot to take if not used to.

Try increasing your stretch time, and listen to your penis, watch your erections. I don’t think an increase to 10 minutes at first would do you any harm. Try it, see how your penis responds to it. PE is not an exact science, so give yourself time and experiment, kolega po pimpeku :D .

Although I never saw that thread I always did that. Even more than 3-4 times.

Invest in a good water based lube (Aquaglide) and apply it often. Its the best lube I have found.

I would spend more time stretching. Maybe you should consider using golf or PE weights as a ADS. I didn’t gain much girth with them, only at the base.

Invest in a little more good foreplay— while quite respectable, 5.8” EG is by no means too big for most normal gals after proper motivation.
