While we do not expect perfection in written language from anyone, it is preferable to see that everyone is trying his best when posting a comment. Easily avoidable things like missing capitalization (or, in contrast, the use of small letters where needed), missing spaces between symbols etc. are frowned upon for they make it more difficult to fluently read what you wrote (especially for those board members whose first language is not English). Bear that in mind for the future.
On the content of your post:
Having quite a bit of foreskin myself, I found it especially difficult to stretch but haven’t had any problems with jelqing so far. In order to avoid pushing your skin upwards along the shaft with your jelqing movement, try pulling it back completely with your idle hand first and holding it there while you perform the actual jelq. It has worked well for me so far - even avoids excessive amounts of fluid buildup next to your glans.
