Ughhh I wish I had continued with PE

I used to do some PE, and I had seen some pretty nice newbie gains.
But I have stopped doing it for almost 3 years now (because of some discoloration), and I have lost pretty much all of it.

I used to be 7”bpel and 5.0”eg mid shaft 6”eg base

now I’m back to 6.5”bpel and 4.7”eg.

this stinks!

Guys, stick to it because you will lose it!

Anyways, So I haven’t kept up with the current developments of PE.
I’m living together with a few people now, and I really cant be having PE gear and stuff around the house.

can anyone give me tips and point me to the right direction for me to slowly and safely gain my goal?

My goal now is just to have a solid 7” not bone pressed length and 5.5” eg ( i hope thats not too much to ask for <.< )


Start (April 07): BPEL= 6.3" EG= 4.7"

Now (October 08): BPEL= 7" EG= 5.0"

Goal : BPEL= 7.5" EG= 6"

After a great first year in PE with a full inch of gains in length I became ill and took time off PE to get well and found that I had lost some length and was terrified.

I stopped measuring because I was becoming discouraged that I had hit a plateau and that my ligaments were overly tight and resistant to further stretching and that my corded tunica wasn’t going to give over to persuasion, so was basically doing some light stretches and tried to return to my mechanical stretcher, but found myself becoming increasingly frustrated that it was doing more harm than good to an overtrained unit.

Then I read some stuff here about jelqing that got me motivated to try jelqing, which I had never been able to master previously.

I discovered a way that I could jelq by using both hands in an alternate manner that kept constant tension and pressure on my dick while pushing unbelievable amounts of blood into the end of the shaft and head.

I have noticed a visible thickening of my dick, especially mid-shaft and better erection quality and almost painful morning wood, and so I’m encouraged to continue this method until I get the tape out again in may and find out factually whether I’ve gained and length from it.

I hope this is motivation for you to get back into PE again full time. I don’t need any equipment and only the privacy of a closed bathroom door as my bathwater fills the tub.

I assume this is wet jelqing.
This is what some people don’t get, wet jelqing the right way like this in my opinion is better than dry jelqing because of the extra pressure at the base always keeping enough blood in to help the PE.
Some people have never even tried wet jelqing.

So do you need to stick to PE for the rest of your life? If yes, I guess I can live with that!

I doubt you have to stick with PE the rest of your life. Cementing the gains is important.

But it’s always good thing to do maintenance, to keep good EQ and maybe gains some more ;)

Stick up a home-made poster in your room or wherever you will always see it reminding you to PE. I have reminders on my laptop, phone and wall to remind me to PE. You don’t have to write something obvious like “Go hard and pull the shit out of your dick today!” just put something inconspicuous to remind you to do it.

Yes, I should have been clearer. To try to do that dry would cause burning of the skin!

I have only recently discovered the wet jelq technique after over a year of only stretching, and I’m excited at my early success with great EQ, flaccid hang and mid-shaft girth increase.

I don’t know how much mid-shaft girth I’ve gained as girth isn’t as important to me as length, but I can see an increase non the less.

I am waiting until may to measure length again.

By the way how did you gain the girth from december 2009 to 2010?

From a mechanical stretcher that I was using. That’s the only PE I was doing at the time.

To be honest, I really didn’t measure accurately when I began, and was never really interested in length not girth. The girth just occurred as a by-product of the stretching.

I did some clamping also, but that was last year when I had already plateaued already and I didn’t see much additional girth, maybe 1/8th to 1/4” inch while actually clamping.

I went back to jelqing after continued frustration at not being able to beat 7”, and have been pleasantly surprised by the effects. I haven’t measured yet and don’t intend to until may, but I am clearly thicker already.

so you guys recommend wet jelqs and stretching? I hate doing jelqs ugh

for girth i used to do o-bends. they gave me some good gains. My dick would sometimes get as big as 6” mid and 7” base O___________O
But I think that’s how I fucked my dick up haha, maybe it was just swelling rather than gains xD ahha
