Ughhh I wish I had continued with PE
I used to do some PE, and I had seen some pretty nice newbie gains.
But I have stopped doing it for almost 3 years now (because of some discoloration), and I have lost pretty much all of it.
I used to be 7”bpel and 5.0”eg mid shaft 6”eg base
now I’m back to 6.5”bpel and 4.7”eg.
Guys, stick to it because you will lose it!
Anyways, So I haven’t kept up with the current developments of PE.
I’m living together with a few people now, and I really cant be having PE gear and stuff around the house.
can anyone give me tips and point me to the right direction for me to slowly and safely gain my goal?
My goal now is just to have a solid 7” not bone pressed length and 5.5” eg ( i hope thats not too much to ask for <.< )
Start (April 07): BPEL= 6.3" EG= 4.7"
Now (October 08): BPEL= 7" EG= 5.0"
Goal : BPEL= 7.5" EG= 6"
