Hi all.I have been PEing for almost 6 monts now with 1 month break in it.

But could only go from 6.3 to 6.5 bpel whether most guys usually gain in the first three months.

Now again i m on a 2 weeks break cause of slight pain in my penis.

My penis is bloody kind of type.means it is veiny when ererct looks it as much blood in it and colour is dark reddish also.I m actually quite depressed by the little gains so far.

So want to reconfigure my routine.

I was working on the basis of less is more approach.

But i suspect the penis type whether its bloody or not does also affect gaining.

So all i want is to ask whether m I right to go for less is more approach when at same time my penis already engorged with blood.Or i have to go for a tougher routine to enhance more blood flow.

Don’t go tougher. Take a more moderate approach that causes less, no, damage. Bruised tissue doesn’t grow.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Well never minimize any gain because every mm gets you closer to your goal whatever that is. Consider that at this rate you will at least be half an inch longer in one year which isnt that bad.

Anyways what routine are you using if you dont mind me asking?

If you want to you might try to add some switch some exercises or something.


Was (july 07): 5.25 nbp (5.9 bp)X 4.5

July 10 :6.15 nbp (6.65 bp)X 4.8

Goal: 6.75 nbp (7.1 bp) x 5.1 Final goal : 7.25 nbp x 5.3

I m currently off for two weeks.
Was following the linear newbie routine.I m doing

5 to 8 mins hot wrap.
5 mins of stretchin.2 in each direction of 30 sec each.
80 to 100 jelqs
3 mins hot wrap.
Sometimes 2.5 mins of stretching again in the end.
30 to 50 kegels whenever find time.
I used to do fowfers also and quite regularly.before incorporating fowfers and bed fowfers in my routine I was getting very good morning wood.
But after that morning wood became less.
Although i tried fowfers in many ways.but cudnt fix my problem.then eventually started feeling pain in my unit.now resting for two weeks.
I do fowfer cause i desperately need some flaccid length also.
And m i right that if generally i have more blood flow in penis then it would be difficult for me to gain cause u see if somebody has less pre pe blood flow in unit.he will have to do light pe and thus can increase blood flow and gains for him would be easier to come by.does it make sense?atleas for me it does!

Maybe you have a tough tunica. Maybe clamping once a week would be enough to make your jelqs effective for the rest of the week.

For me this seems to work. After not clamping for about 2 weeks I’m not getting any expansion anymore from jelqing.

Don’t you think that clamping is basically for icnreasing girth?
Whether I still consider myself a newbie,and usually it is said that people should go for the length gains first and then the girth gains.I need to increase length.I would be more than happy if I reach your starting point that is 7.6 bpel.
Did your length gains also come from clapming??

I’ve gained 0.3 inches in NBPEL in just 3 months. I think this may be due to a progressive routine where I’ve added 20 or more jelqs each week, and 1+ minute(s) stretching. It also helps to change exercises (like Dyablo said) if your gains have slowed down or you begin to see negative PIs.

I think you don’t have to worry about reducing your length gains if you clamp once a week or less.

The length gains are the result of jelqing and stretching. I don’t know what part clamping had in that.

You could try it once and see if it has any effect, without any worries.

If I’ve well understood, you feel that doing less/lighter work could be better for you, and you are asking us if this could be a wise choice? I think yes, it is. Most people do too much, too intense work the first year.

Using “advanced” techinques (like clamping) too early could make your penis harder to achieve gains in the future.

You’r gaining, go ahead. Just lighten up a bit.

You got it absolutely right right.Actually I m resting for two weeks due to same reason cause i was following the linear newbie routine and went to hard unintentionally applying more pressure.and bundles of thanks to make realise what is realistic goal.I was getting disappointed seeing people gaining an inch or more in the same period.i thought i could gain that much only,cause read somewhere that the most gains come in first two three months following newbie routine.Although i followed the linear routine.

and i want to go soft routined until a year and want to leave room for hard excercises if i m not gaining with the light ones.but i get desperate

thats why i was thinking about clamping which hardhead said that boosted his gains.and my penis type that is bloody and veiny,doesnt it demand hard exercises for gains to come quickly.

What do you think should i go for clamping or not?

Nobody talked about the relation between the blood flow to penis and exercise that should be suitable for which penis(depending upon if its reddish brown in color due to heavy blood or yellowish brown in color due to less blood flow).

Actually i m talking again and again about the bloody(reddish) and non bloody(yellowish) penis cause i had read it on some penis related site.thougt if it may have some impact on PE also.

Take a pause, and talk to Bib. Consider today, your starting point. You have never done PE.

You might just gain 2.0+ in two years and have well more than you need, and have to live with knowing it for the rest of your life

I have already take a decon break of one month and half, you think I should take it more?? Another thing, how I am suppose to talk with Bib.

I have nothing to complain about girth, I have a good girth, this gives the visual BIG on my dick, but my lenght it’s poor man (I am not saying, that my lenght it’s totally bad, it’s just that I want more), I want a solid 8” measuring in any day, in any condition, cold turkey.

Like the grim reaper song (if anyone has heard) I Want More!
