Two months under the belt
So I’ve gotten my second month behind me now. I think the newbie gains are flattening out. I gained about .75” EL in the first month, only about .125” this month. The first one was probably just a freak “getting back into shape” month. The girth gains seem a little more consistent, .2” in the first month and a little over .1” this month. Going to work on my workout consistency this month and finish up the newbie-first-three. I’ve never really thought about clamping or hanging but if the gains are really flattening out, it’s might be time to add them to the routine. For the next month I’ll just stick to the basic newbie routine but I’m doubling the times in stretching and jelqing.
Still, all in all I’m pretty satisfied with the results so far. Time to start looking at the six month goals.
