Two friends trying PE - Need to get our whales longer, routine review

Hello!
Me and my friend are looking to start PE, we both have thick dicks (14 cm girth) but we wish we had more lenght-wise, I`m 18cm BPEL and he is 15cm.

We`d like to take on a slightly modified newbie routine, as follows:

5 minutes hot wrap
15 minutes manual stretch (up down left right with around 20 second holding)
5 minutes of jelq (20x 10 seconds dry jelqs at half erection, just holding it at the very base and going up the 2 inches needed to feel the pressure and the tingling, then hold it) We don`t really like jelq too much, we percieve it as risky
5 minutes hot wrap

30 kegels at 30 sec rest 30 sec pull - basically spending the morning commute kegeling

Schedule:2 days ON / 2 day REST.

Is it fit for our purpose? Thankyou, feedback is welcome!

On a side note: why the stretching is made by long pulls? Wouldn`t be more effective to give a few hard strong strokes, if the purpose is to get micro-tears in the ligaments?

Static stretches are better for making your dick as stretchy as possible. Just like static stretching works well for your muscles in terms of getting as flexible as possible.

Jelqing you should take slow. Put the pressure on the sides. Just ease into it. Start with light pressure and fewer reps and make it as slow as possible 5-10 seconds/rep. I used to be afraid of jelqing too when I started but I regret not being serious with it, I always had bad erection quality. Do your jelqs but ease into it. Good luck on both of your PE Journeys.

Something we are hearing is also “a few times a day (I.e. When you pee) stretch quite hard for around 2 minutes, do it 3 months and you`ll see results”.
What is your take on this?
My friend has more time than I do (I’m married he is not) should we try two different things?

One last thing: his penis is noticeable bigger on one side, what is the effect of jelq and stretching on this?

Anything you do depends on you try it and if it works for you it’s great. I don’t understand the last part. Is he curved?

2 days off is a lazy schedule in my opinion. When I was doing the newbie I only took Sundays off personally, but each person has to decide on their own what feels like its working.

Jelquing is not at all risky. If you’re feeling intense pressure you’re doing it wrong. You should only be gripping enough to feel the blood move through your penis. The deathgrip comes with the extreme exercise ULI’s
