Two friends trying PE - Need to get our whales longer, routine review
Hello!
Me and my friend are looking to start PE, we both have thick dicks (14 cm girth) but we wish we had more lenght-wise, I`m 18cm BPEL and he is 15cm.
We`d like to take on a slightly modified newbie routine, as follows:
5 minutes hot wrap
15 minutes manual stretch (up down left right with around 20 second holding)
5 minutes of jelq (20x 10 seconds dry jelqs at half erection, just holding it at the very base and going up the 2 inches needed to feel the pressure and the tingling, then hold it) We don`t really like jelq too much, we percieve it as risky
5 minutes hot wrap
30 kegels at 30 sec rest 30 sec pull - basically spending the morning commute kegeling
Schedule:2 days ON / 2 day REST.
Is it fit for our purpose? Thankyou, feedback is welcome!
On a side note: why the stretching is made by long pulls? Wouldn`t be more effective to give a few hard strong strokes, if the purpose is to get micro-tears in the ligaments?
