I have only been doing PE for the last three weeks. I already can see the Turkey Neck Syndrome beginning! I was not born in a hospital so I am not cut. My skin has always covered the head of my penis even during an erection. It now, after 3 weeks is hanging about an inch past the head of my penis. I tried pulling back the skin each time I do a stretch but it is still growing? I use a cream during PE, it’s got a lot of vitamin E in it. I don’t know if the cream is helping it along but I am very concerned. Is anyone experiencing this problem. If so, what are you doing about it. Any suggestions. DOP

As long as you stay away from hanging with a clamp-style hanger, your shaft will probably grow faster than your skin, and this problem may take care of itself.

Isn’t the turkey neck due to the skin on the shaft underside not growing fast enough, causing the shaft skin to “borrow” or “pull” from the scrotum?

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with foreskin elongation when you’re starting. It’s the easiest part to stretch, and it’ll have to grow before your shaft grows using stretching exercises anyway.
