hi -i’m a newbie -just at the research phase here -have yet to even begin a routine. Have read a fair amount here about turkey neck. My question is; do people notice jelqing to be more likely to cause turkey neck that Uli or vise versa?

I do not currently have turkey neck. I’m cercumziesd. I will say the tightness of my skin when erect is ‘average’, that is I do not feel it is particulrly tight or loose. & not sure if this matters, but my main goal is girth not length, although i am not trying to AVOID length gains by any means.

i’ve done a fair amout of reading about turkey neck here so far & will do more. so far this is the only info i’ve come across

Yes, jelqing (especially dry) is much more likely to cause the “turkey neck” than ULIs. To avoid it when jelqing, try wet jelqing with a moderate amount of lube. This will allow you to hold back the base of your penis with one hand and perform the jelq stroke with the other.

ok question 2 : as a newbie is it ok/smart/advisable to jump straight into uli and bypass jeqling all togeather?

as a newbie is it:
ok? No ones going to arrest you for it.
smart? No, you really should start with jelqing.
advisable? I don’t advise starting with ULIs.

Also, moving from jelqing to ULIs is not an evolutionary step. You don’t have to give up jelqing because you’re doing ULIs.
