Trying to get back on the horse

Yes I know I’ve been here for a long time. The reason I’m posting this in the newbie forum is because I’m basically starting over. I’ve been coming to the forum and doing off and on PE for a while. I started at ~5.25 BP (4.438 NBP) and 4.438 girth. I’m currently at 5.75 BP (5.125 NBP), girth hasn’t changed. So I gained half an inch over 5 years. If I had been consistent I could probably have a monster by now. BTW the reason that my NBP gains are higher than BP gains is because I have lost weight.

Either way I am now really focused on trying to improve myself and PE is a very important part of the package.

I desperately want more length but I know girth is also important. I’m below average for both length and girth.

I’m basically doing a modified newbie routine.

# 5 minutes hot wrap
# 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
# 15 minutes of jelq (gradually increasing duration each session)
# 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
# 5 minutes hot wrap

Later in the day I do 10 minutes of clamping. I’ve been clamping off and on for a long time so my penis is used to it. Using a clamp I’m able to engorge myself to 4.75 girth.

My first goal was to hit 5” NBP and I just recently did that. Goal two is to be 6 x 5 npb. Once I hit average I’ll decide where to go from there. My routine so far has been fine for length but girth has been stagnant. That’s why I added the clamping. I have read from many threads that doing girth work can hinder length. At what size does that start to kick in? I want my girth to increase along with my length. I don’t want to be 6 x 4.4 nor would I want to be 5 x 5.

Is my routine fine or should I change it up?

If this thread is in the wrong place, feel free to move it.

Good to see you back in the saddle again partner, looks like a good routine to start with but you should be able to add to it soon since your an old newbie:) .
