I would honestly avoid doing the jelqs then, Jelqing would always cause my dick to be really fat and hang excellently but I would turtle quickly after and hour or so and the next few days it would stay smaller. I would usually only do 20 jelqs as well. With my current actions it stays nice and fat for most of the day and changes in length I believe due to the cold, but it never shrinks to the small size like jelqing has caused. Due to my discoveries I just stick to stretching/ warming/ kegeling my EQ is better and my flaccid hangs much better both in length and thickness.
However I believe this to be just that starting in PE is the hardest thing because you do not want to shock your dick in the beginning. The smoothest start I.e. No weeks off, no injuries, no loss in EQ, and no possible things happening that show PE not winning the fight, Is often the most important. I believe most would agree with that. So I have kept to just stretching as much as possible and getting good blood flow so that he is healthy before I start to jelq. I would suggest reading if you haven’t the Linear Newbie Routine.
Soon though I will re add jelqing in hopes that it only cause increased fatness and length during flaccid hang and that the following day I see hardly any massive shrinkage/ turtling
