Trainging Too Hard Hurt Future Gains?

Trainging Too Hard Hurt Future Gains?

Hey guys, ive been gone for 2 weeks and had to take a brake from PE during this time… alittle sad to say im measuring 2/16th of an inch less in length but im sure i can get it back…. the real question i have is can training too hard in the begining limit my future gains? I feel like i have been using alot of intensity for the first 2 months of my PE career and am wondering if i could possibly be affecting my maximum gain potential

If you train too hard, you likely won’t gain at all. Whenever you do PE at various intensities, you break down some of your penile tissues, which then rebuild and become stronger with a higher capacity for blood. But if you’re training too much and too often, then the rebuilding phase never finishes.

Everybody’s rate of recovery is going to be different. Some guys just need a few days, while others need weeks depending on what they’ve been doing. You might be a slow gainer, so if you haven’t noticed any gains after two months despite an intensive routine, then it’s likely that you need a longer rest break. Also, you should refrain from things that slow down the recovery process, ie smoking, drinking excessively, lack of sleep, over masturbation, bad diet, not exercising etcetera.

Thanks draculas i gained 6/16th of an inch in length but recently lost 2/16th of that… im saying can training too hard limit my potential gains down the line…. by putting too much stress on the blood vessels or something like that and hindering my potential maximum size?

Ryshea, I already answered your question. If you train too hard too often, you won’t gain at all as your penis will be locked in a state of constant deformation without enough time to recover between sessions. So yes, training too hard will definitely limit if not outright erase any prospective size increases you might have gotten if you gave yourself enough recovery time.

As I said before, everyone’s recovery time is different because everyone’s physiology is different. It appears though that you are a slow gainer, so you might want to schedule your PE sessions with a strong bias towards rest days, ie 2 days on 1 day off or 1 day on and 2 days off.
