What do you mean “no real gain”? According to your signature you have gained 0.65” BPEL, 0.35” EG, 1.2” BPFL and 0.6” FG since 12/24/2007.

I talk about last 3 months after a 3 weeks decon :) : no real erect gain, just flaccid. Good EQ, good hung. PI positive and neutral (each day morning wood and nice hung), not negative .. 100 jelq in the morning+4 minutes stretching, same at noon. I start-it progressive, at beginning was 20 jelq .

Start increasing your number of stretches and jelqs.

1x4 minutes stretch twice a day won’t do to much now I would think.

Try adding some v-stretches etc.

On a side note I’m taking a decon for 4 weeks. How much did you lose over the decon?

I lost about 0.3” in erect length :) , but it recuperated in 2 weeks after.

You are doing 1 set of stretch, 4 minutes long? Or 4 sets 1 minute each? Anyway, in both cases it’s too little. The same for jelqs. If those are wet jelqs, you should do 200-300 jelqs in one daily session, I think.

No, doing 200 jelqs in the same session cause an higher stress than doing two session of 100 jelqs each.
