Seriously Abarbotel, you have asked a lot of times for ways to gain but you do not take any advice at all and also you do not provide any information on which routine or combination of exercises you are currently performing.

If you keep on opening threads and asking for solutions but you do not take the advice, how can you expect to gain anything?

As you can see I’m in the site from 2008 but I start to do the newbie routine only 2 years later (something like that)

I didn’t see any gains from that. I do it slowly and 5 days aweek for 20 minutes

In the last 5 month I use extender “Penimaster” for 1.5 hour Day because after this time its start to be pain.

In the evening I’m hang for 45 minute 3 sets of 15 minute with 2kg

In the rest of the day I stretcher my penis for time to time

But my penis is so slim that I feel that even if it will grow it will not be enough thick

And until now all this exercise didn’t get me nothing!

I think you are not understanding instructions because the language barrier. That’s the main problem.

I think that the instruction is not the problem because I understand all the things that I hear

But yes I have mistake when I’m writing

My size is: NBPEL= 5 inch

Girth=4.2

Ok I will tell you what worked for me adding girth.

After I did the newbie routine for around 3 months, I added pumping.

My routine consisted of pumping and some jelqing.

Once I added the pumping I began to add girth. I gained about 1/2 inch from this. It is permanent girth gains. I have gone for long periods without pumping, but the gains have stayed.

I followed the Thunders pumping for enlargement guidelines. If you follow those guidelines, pumping is very safe and gentle. (Clamping is much harsher and more potentially dangerous in my humble opinion)

10 to 12 minute sets. 3 to 4 sets per session. Come out of pump between sets and stroke to get a good hard on, then go back in the tube.

Do not pump higher than 5HG pressure. I had best results around 3.0HG or lower.

Basically the same stats here, but I go for length first, then girth. Seems it is harder the other way around.

Some threads I have found regarding girth gains, Most of this is really dangerous and you should not start any of that unless you noticed some increases in your PI from the newbie routine for a couple of months
