Hi guys,

Getting back to jelqing. Here is my routine:

Quick stretches
150 jelqs
Warm-down

The thing is, I don’t do a traditional jelq. I essentially grab the base of my penis with the OK grip, and instead of “slipping” my grip along the shaft, I simply force the blood to the tip while holding my grip. I find it easier, as seeing how I’m currently 5”, my grip slips easily with the lubricant I use (easier to get injured and less effective, besides being forced re-do some reps). This way, I can also do it dry!

Please let me know if this is a good technique, or if you need me to elaborate further.

P.S. Erection level is anywhere from 50% to 85%

Can you be more specific with your “Quick Stretches”? (angle and time)


Bpel: 7.625

Mseg: 5.125

FSL: 8.125

Forward, downwards, upwards, right, and left, doing 5 kegels at the end of each (while streching), holding for 5 seconds after the kegels.
