My PE Routine

I pumped a couple years ago for 8 months. So I’m not really a rookie.

Tell me what you think.

5 days on 2 off but it varies depending on pain.

I varied at first but this is what I’m sticking with for now. I’m a month and a half into PE.

(Morning) I do Uli #3’s – 10 sets of 15 squeezes each with 10 extra light squeezes on head while holding pressure on.

Then stretch at different times through the day. I also hang with 2-3 golf weights sometimes during the day.

Jelq, for up to 50 minutes. 100 at about 5 o’clock, 100 at about 7 o’clock, 100 at about 12 o’clock, 100 at about 2 o’clock, 100 at about 10 o’clock, 100 straight out, 100 at about 4 o’clock, 100 at about 8 o’clock (as actual clock not to check LOT). This is all made harder because I have the Turkey neck problem. I can only use one hand to Jelq. I also have to stretch my ball sack with Velcro strap. What a pain. :( It would be easier and faster using 2 hands.

In between these Jelqs I swing and tap it against my knee and then slinky left, right, up, and down while moving one hand out and counting to ten. I do this pretty fast. I’m not sure since I haven’t measured but this seems to be adding girth. It looks thicker flaccid and erect but it could be the Jelqs to but I know that I never kept extra girth as long when I pumped. This girth seems to stay. I don’t think I lost any of it yet.

Then 2 days of my exercising, usually 1st and 3rd days. I hang with 5 lbs for 2 sets of 20 min.

I do at least 500 kegels a day.

(Night) Before I sleep I do another 10 sets of Uli #3’s. I want a bigger head.

The pain I talked about above is for the most part just discomfort. I feel a little pain in the ligaments. I get a little burning sometimes along the shaft. And some intermittent pinching pain on sides of shaft. Please let me know if any of this is a problem. It’s nothing I had to take pain medicine for.

Your routine seems pretty hard to me. The fact, that you pumped several years ago doesn’t mean that your dick is conditioned now. I would rather stick to the newbie routine for some months and not jump into it like this. If you want to stick to your routine (what I personally wouldn’t recommend) you’ll have to monitor your PIs closely, to make sure you’re not overworking.

The slight discomfort of fatigued ligaments sounds fine to me, but the pinching pain on sides of the shaft doesn’t. Maybe your squeezes are too intense - you should set them aside for a while.

You will never keep up with this routine, especially the times of jelqing. Do something lighter.

I hear you guys I will back off some. I’m taking 3 days off. When I start again I will do 5 sets of Ulis in morning only and Jelq 500 times or should I make it 400? Like I said I am noticing that it looks bigger in girth. I measured against something that I knew the length of and it looks like I gained a .250 in length to. I’m not officially measuring for 2 weeks yet. Does this sound better to you guys?

The newbie routine says after 6 weeks which is where I’m at. This is why I started a variation of Sizemeisters routine + hanging. Am I reading this wrong? I guess so, because this seems to be telling me to move on after 6 weeks. Don’t take this the wrong way guys. I’m just telling you why I upped my routine but I agree it was too much.

What routine do you think I should do after 3 months? I wish everyone would post their sizes in their signature.

The Newbie Routine

This exercise routine is designed for those new to penis enlargement. It should be challenging but not likely to cause injury. It is important to start out gradually to allow the penis to adapt. The first two months of penis enlargement are when most injuries take place and they are a matter of pushing too far, too fast.

The Newbie Routine
5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

Notes
Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.

That depends on a couple of factors. Do you want length? Girth? Or both? Do you gain quickly or not? How much time do you want to spend at PE? etc.

I want length first, then head girth, then I’d like to get to at least 6” in shaft girth. Looking below (in sig) you can see where I’m at now. Still to be determined if I’m a fast grower, I’m hoping. Like I said it looks like I gained a .25 inch.

I work at home most of the time so I have time that others do not. I just don’t have all the privacy I’d like for this. It wouldn’t be too good to have the wife walk in while I have 5 lbs. Of weight hanging on my dick. :) I don’t want to tell her I want her to notice it.

Am I losing any performance of Jelqing because I can only use one hand at a time because of Turkey neck?

First be sure to hit the 3 months mark in using the newbie routine. Then I would recommend my current routine, it is length based only:

9x3 min of stretching (W, E, N, S, NW, NE, SW, SE, and straight out).
6x1 min of inverted v stretches (3x right, 3x left)
4x15 JAI stretches
10 360 degrees stretches
5x20 seconds of Amazing isometrics

If you want jelqing in your routine, jelq for 10-15 minutes at a 20-40% erection. That percentage will give you length gains. I always jelqed with one hand at a time, there is nothing wrong with that, nor will you lose performance.

Like I said it does seem to be working for me but I’m still a skeptic because I didn’t get much out of pumping except a little more flaccid.

When I was pumping I had a 9” long tube (Dr. Joel). After an hour of it my penis was out to 8.250” 3/4” shy of filling it. Does this mean that I have that potential stuck inside me and I just need to get it out?

Yeah start with 1 min stretches, and increase them with 30 seconds each month until you hit the 3 min.

Ok I’ll do that. Can you answer my last question about the stretch I got in the pump tube?

If you can’t is there someone else who can. I tried to make a new thread in pumpers forum but it didn’t work. I subscribed to it and the rest of them yesterday and still can’t. Why can’t I make new threads over there? I’ve been a member here long enough.
