This is my routine.
My PE Routine
I pumped a couple years ago for 8 months. So I’m not really a rookie.
Tell me what you think.
5 days on 2 off but it varies depending on pain.
I varied at first but this is what I’m sticking with for now. I’m a month and a half into PE.
(Morning) I do Uli #3’s – 10 sets of 15 squeezes each with 10 extra light squeezes on head while holding pressure on.
Then stretch at different times through the day. I also hang with 2-3 golf weights sometimes during the day.
Jelq, for up to 50 minutes. 100 at about 5 o’clock, 100 at about 7 o’clock, 100 at about 12 o’clock, 100 at about 2 o’clock, 100 at about 10 o’clock, 100 straight out, 100 at about 4 o’clock, 100 at about 8 o’clock (as actual clock not to check LOT). This is all made harder because I have the Turkey neck problem. I can only use one hand to Jelq. I also have to stretch my ball sack with Velcro strap. What a pain. :( It would be easier and faster using 2 hands.
In between these Jelqs I swing and tap it against my knee and then slinky left, right, up, and down while moving one hand out and counting to ten. I do this pretty fast. I’m not sure since I haven’t measured but this seems to be adding girth. It looks thicker flaccid and erect but it could be the Jelqs to but I know that I never kept extra girth as long when I pumped. This girth seems to stay. I don’t think I lost any of it yet.
Then 2 days of my exercising, usually 1st and 3rd days. I hang with 5 lbs for 2 sets of 20 min.
I do at least 500 kegels a day.
(Night) Before I sleep I do another 10 sets of Uli #3’s. I want a bigger head.
The pain I talked about above is for the most part just discomfort. I feel a little pain in the ligaments. I get a little burning sometimes along the shaft. And some intermittent pinching pain on sides of shaft. Please let me know if any of this is a problem. It’s nothing I had to take pain medicine for.

2nd goal is BPEL 7.750 NBPEL of 6.250" and EG 6" - Long term goal is NBPEL 8" - Girth 6.50
