Third Month with Newbie Routine


May I ask which newbie routine you are using ? I’m using the linear routine myself, and it’s great.

Great gains though, man! Keep it up

Start: BPEL - 5.7/5.9 x 4.7 (14.6/15cm~ x 12cm)

Short term goal: 6.3 x 4.8

Goal: 7.3 x 5.5

I’ve actually have to mention that I might have done a mistake around 0.2 inch when first time calculating BPEL but otherwise it’s good sorry for that.

I’ve been using the same method with
7mins warm up
10 - 15 mins stretching
15 - 20 mins jelqing
Along with 10 mins kegels a day
Oh and I’ve already stopped stretching, cause I’ve heard I might get more girth with only jelqing :) )

Can you tell me a bit about linear routine ? What’s your main goal length or girth ??

Well, my goal is 7.2/7.5 in length, and 5.5 girth. I have both length and girth as a main goal, but first I would like to see some length so that I know that it works, you know.

As for the linear routine.

My routine:
10 min warm up
I started with 20 jelqs, and now I’m on 60. (1 month in - add 10 per week~)
After the 2 week I started doing stretches - 30 sec each direction.
