Thinking about clamping + Dry vs. Wet Jelq
OK, I told ,myself that I was going to stay with manual exercises forever and wasn’t going to get into clamping. Let me explain why I am thinking about it and let me know what you think.
Lately my wife is home with me and baby and will be for the next 3 months, which makes it very difficult to get my PE in. I am still getting my regular Jelq/stretch routine in 2-3 times a week and do some light stretches while in the shower but I’m constantly listening for the wife and having to stay up late to get it done. I also don’t spend as much time and cant concentrate as well.
I also have begun doing Dry jelqs instead of wet since it would be easier to clean up quick if I had to. I am wondering if that could be part of my regression, any opinions on Dry vs. Wet are welcome.
Anyway, I am just not satisfied and already think I am losing some of my gains from my first two months of PE. Since I might be able to hide it better, do you think trying out some light clamping might help me at least keep my gains for the next 3 months? If so, do you have any preferences on which routine to choose from the large amount of them posted here?
