Things aren't working anymore. I need something that gives me progress
I am fairly acquainted with the whole PE basics with respect to manual exercises as I have been doing them for about 2 years now, though only one of those has been a consistent year of full PE. I use manual exercises only and have made about half an inch gain in length and 1/4 inch gain in girth since I began those long 2 years ago. Lately however I find that PE doesn’t do much for me and my EQ is significantly down. My routine is basically as follows:
Monday - Girth routine
Tuesday - Kegels (50 x 10 second erect kegels) + girth routine
Wednesday- Girth routine + stretching routine
Thursday - Kegels + stretching routine
Friday - Stretching routine
Weekends are for resting completely.
My stretches are: 150 x side to side stretches, 5 x BTC stretches (60 seconds), 5 A-Stretches (30 seconds) (on occasion I try to do this routine twice, once during the day and then at night however these days it’s usually just once I do it per day)
My girth routine is: 150 V jelqs, 400 jelqs (3-5 seconds), 50 x (exercise where you push blood from both ends of the shaft towards the middle over 10 seconds) (sometimes but not usually split across a day/night session)
Kegels are standard 50 x 10 second erect kegels + 50 x 10 second reverse kegels
I have not looked at porn in over 3 months and any nude images I see are from my girlfriend. Though the occasional sexy Instagram or Facebook pics do show up lol.
I have not noticed any gains in quite some time and find that now my penis is overall harder to stimulate and does not get as hard as I would like it to. I am looking for a completely new routine that I can try. Anything that focuses on getting back my erection quality. Gaining is secondary at this point but any new ideas about routines that provided gains when you switched it up from your usual routine would be appreciated as well (I think I am well past my “beginner gains”, though I will say I am not impressed by them)
