I am currently on a mission to gain. I have made previous post about my unsuccessful time with pe and how I was starting to think it was fake, but there are too many people confirming its real to put it aside. I think my main problem is I dont know what I am doing wrong. I have tried just about everything but hanging(scares me), pumping(just ordered a bathmate), and surgery. I have used extenders+jelqing in the past or just jelqing and stretching. My new approach will be the combination of pumping, ADS, and my jelqing routine. I hope this works this time.

Yesterday I was talking to my lady via text message about sex in a while b/c she has been super stressed about school and trying to get her finals and stuff together. Well I asked her what is a perfect size for her. She knows that I practice in Pe and stretches and I want a bigger dick not just for her but for myself. She said dont get bigger than 7, after that its not fun anymore. Her ex was 8 apparently and she has told me that sex with him was very uncomfortable. Then I proceeded to ask her what is better the length or the width and she immediately answered girth. She mentioned it feels much better to be stretched/filled width wise than to be dug deep like a rabbit hole.

I am currently 5.5 inches EL 6.25 BPEL and 5.3 girth in the mid. I am curious to know is it possible for me to get a 7x6? I think that would be amazing. I see some guys on here that are already around that size or bigger and they want to be bigger but everyone has their own strokes I guess. I would rather have a 7 inch dick an bottom out on her instead of having a 10 inch dick and only getting 3/4 of my dick wet. Is it possible for me to get to this size with the combined exercises/devices listed in the first paragraph?

I am somewhat disturb by her answer in the size b/c I am a 1inch and a half away from that and Ive been at it with no gains so far. At the same time it has encouraged me to use different tactics and approach PE in a whole new manner. Any routine advice would be amazing, and suggestions on days, foods, or supplements to assist would also be much appreciated.

Pumping and ADS don’t go well together; also, if you are new to pumping, why would you choose a bathmate? The best option for noob pumpers is a regular air-pump with a gauge.

How many hours in total have you done in the extender, out of curiosity?

I didn’t see any gains with jelqing until i started to use heat.

Ive used the extender anywhere from 3-6 hour a day depending on my schedule. I ordered the bathmate b/c everywhere I look its is the best thing on earth apparently.

Heat as in what, like a rice sock or a heat lamp on your johnson while you jelq?

In total, I meant, like: 3 hours per day for 130 days, total 390 hours.

Oh, I have recently just started using the extender, honestly its only been a month and a half I think. I have not recorded any of my times down also. I just have such issues with the noose set up I can only wear it for a certain amount of time. After putting it on and taking it off so much I get frustrated, otherwise I would wear it more often, but its just not comfortable at all after a hour or so.

I just use a cloth and wrap. Always stay near the tap and constantly rewarming the cloth with hot water, for about 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after.

EDIT: Honestly I would use other methods but I’m rather lazy and this has worked for me so far. A lamp would be ideal.

Oh ok I see what you mean. I use a rice sock in the beginning of the session and when Im done thats about it. I might go buy a heat lamp on keep it one while im doing the pe session.

Or replacing the tube with thick eye-glass strings. One month is not enough to see gains, but it would be a sin to throw that time away jumping on something else, IMHO.

I still have it and I wore it yesterday, today is the first day I havent worn in since I started using it. Hmmm, I guess I can find that at a local Walmart or pharmacy. Ill give it a try.

Why dont you like the bathmate?

Also I was told that you cant see gains unless you use the extender past your EL, is this true?

As for an extender, it depends on what you’re considering “EL” — there’s been a posting on this recently with some saying you need to go past BPEL to see gains, and some others not.

Personally, I don’t get past my BPEL when using my extender setup (PeniMaster + Monkeybar’s VacExtender head) and I don’t think it’s necessary to do so. For instance, in the case of PeniMaster you take your erect length (assume non-bone pressed) add 1.5cm to that length, collapse the spring bars, and then hook in. The springs themselves provide tension and that’s the point of the device — it’s spring-loaded traction, not necessarily static stretching using the spacer bars alone. That said, if you can get past or around your BPEL using the spacer bars that’s totally great. I just don’t think it’s strictly needed. Whatever length you’re at in the device, just make sure that you adjust for tension — I say keep it between 750-950grams on the PeniMaster.

So I have seen gains doing it my way (bars set at less than BPEL, 750-950gm tension) just fine — granted, I’m doing other things now too, so it’s hard to tease things apart with 100% accuracy. I’m more of a low-tension/long-time sort of guy. Some folks do the opposite and gain, too, so it’s whatever works for you and fits your lifestyle. I’d be wary about trying to stretch past BPEL though if you’re newish to extending or if your dick is out of practice. Seems like it could result in some injury.

As an aside, I also use the VacExtender head for light hanging. I’ve never tried a bib hanger, but obviously people have gotten great gains with it. Like you I find that a little intimidating, but more importantly for now I’m realizing gains without using a lot of force/weight, so I’m going to try to juice out the “easy gains” as long as I possibly can.

Secondly, I have a Bathmate as well as an air pump with a gauge (LA Pump). The Bathmate lacks a pressure gauge of any kind so you’re just kind of “eyeballing” it so to speak, plus I find that the seal on it is poor and requires constant repumping which is a bit of a pain. The Bathmate was originally purchased as a “fun” item first with PE in mind second and I think it serves that purpose well. Having fun in the tub or shower with the lady? Want a little extra girth pre-sex? The Bathmate is great. Want to have it as just a pump to use as a plumping mechanism post-extending/PE workout, and you’re not really caring about measuring time/force? It’ll work just for that, too.

However, if I were just looking to get a pump specifically for regimented PE routines, I’d definitely go air pump + gauge hands down. An air pump with a gauge offers much finer control for PE as you can actually monitor vacuum pressure, not to mention your dick health much easier than a Bathmate.

Oh and also — definitely add heat to your regimen. It helps. A microwavable corn husk or rice sock works, or just a cheap plug-in heat pad from your local drug store. I’ll use the heat pad when extending or hanging, turn it on for a few minutes to warm things throughout the session, but I don’t use it constantly as it gets a bit too warm.

Great info man thank you for sharing. I still haven’t figured out what works best for me with the extender so I guess its more of a trial and error kind of ordeal. Im going to go to the store and see if I can find some things to make the noose set up a little more comfortable to wear for longer time periods, I really just dont want to have to take it off every hour b/c of pain/pinching.

I already ordered the bathmate so I can really go back on that, but I will keep it around for “play” time I guess. I’ll look online and see if I can order a decent air pump for a reasonable price. At this point Im just going to combine everything Ive seen on here that doesn’t scare me in the hopes something out of all of it will be positive. Its strange, I seem to never have negative PI anymore but I still dont have any gains. It seems I am just one of those goes that cant grasp the concept completely or I am just a really slow grower.

Either way, I do appreciate your input on things and I will be looking into some air pumps and extender routines people may have been successful off of.

No worries — and honestly you might find the Bathmate is totally 100% fine for what you need. I’m just slightly OCD and I like numbers (and to track/record things) so for me I really like the air pump. To each their own. :)

Also, I think I responded to your other thread re: the comfort of extenders. I *definitely* recommend the Monkeybar AutoExtender kit to “convert” a standard (noose/strap) extender into a vacuum cap/silicone sleeve extender, or if you can make something yourself that’s similar. (See here: Extender brand matter?) Like I said, for me it went from ~2 hours max with a strap if I was lucky to like 4 - 6 hour stretches/only having to take bathroom breaks.
