Hi guys.

Now although I’m not new to the concept of PE, I am definately a newbie when it comes to being a practitioner of it. I have been conscious of my “average” size since I was about 15 or 16 years old. Coming from an education background where proof is everything, I have been sceptical about the affects of PE and wary of trying it out, through fear of both failure and injury.

Well I have decided, after years of deliberation, that the only way to see if PE works I to try it out for myself. And to give it a decent shot. So as of this Monday I am going to start the newbie routine and hope for the best!

I know it has been done a couple of times, but mainly in the general member’s forum, so I will try and keep this thread as a diary of my workout and progress.

As far as progress goes, my short term goal at this stage is a simple 1” length, 1” girth. The reason for setting what most would consider fairly conservative goals is 1) because they are more likely to be achieved in the short term and keep me encouraged and enthusiastic, and 2) because as soon as I each these goals I will be upping the training and going for my long term goals of around 7.5 - 8” EL and 5.5” EG.

So stay tuned, and in about 6 days time I will let you know how my first workout goes!

Just for reference, here are my starting stats:

BPEL: around 5.5”
EG: around 4.5”
FL: around 3”

(I will try and provide more accurate measurements as I get more involved with my workouts)

Bluray - I’m going to take my measurements before and after my first workout on Monday to get an accurate reading.

Going to hit it balls to the wall so to speak.

I’m just starting off also, I think that I will take it slow. I’ve read too many horror stories on here about people overdoing it. Might as well make it work the first time than to have to wait for an injury to heal to start all over again. In my opinion. Good luck though!

I’ve just started doing PE too. It’s going well so far. I’m only a little less than 2 weeks in, and I can already feel/see gains in length and girth. Mainly girth too, which I’m excited for. I can’t wait to continue so I can measure myself at the beginning of next month.
