the "best gainer" routine
What is the best gainer routine ? I’ve been reading thunders’ for years and the feeling is always the same : too much information! . Say I’m a newbie and I just finished following the newbie routine for months . Now I would like to start with an advanced routine that gives me the best chance to gain . Is there a thread, a project or something that gives this information ? Something like : “dear thunder’s member..this is the best way to gain so far” . Probably I’ve just to search better .
