Thats the way. I think you should do the exercises now bit a lot more intensity because IMO 6 months of doing exercises, your dick might have built some sort of resistance to it.

D-Block, it’s people like you who never gain and give up easily because you think this is some wonderful exercise which will give you 1 inch in 6 months. Consistency and patience is the key in the world of PE. Obviously you have none.

That is NOT the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine ! Did you read the note that says “Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.”?

After six months, that’s where you should be, according to the Newbie Routine. The good news is, you haven’t caused any harm by following a light routine; it just hasn’t been productive for you. That’s OK. Just do the gradual increase that the Newbie Routine outlines.

There’s a reasonable chance that it won’t take you another six months to see gains once you’ve done this. In another six WEEKS, take a measurement and re-evaluate your program; by that point, you may be ready to incorporate some additional exercises into your routine.

And let us know how it’s going! There are a lot of members here with a lot of experience who want to help you make progress.

Your join date shows May 2006. You have been a member now for over one year, but you say you have been doing PE “for a little over 6 months.” Is that 6 months out of the year, or 6 months all at one time, or what? There seems to be a lot of “off” time since joining.

I believe that you need to be more consistent with your routine, and stick with it no matter what. I noticed in a later posting that you said you were on the Newbie Routine with 200 jelqs, etc. That is the “beginners” Newbie Routine. If you haven’t upgraded your routine in all that time (you are supposed to increase your routines every so many weeks), then you are not doing enough and you are standing still. You will never gain anything that way. After a year you should be doing advanced PEing.

It is true that many gain quickly and others take a long time, maybe years or not at all. Even if you don’t gain, your dick will be much healthier from the PEing that you do. Think about that! Maybe a shorter dick that is a healthy dick with a stronger erection is better than nothing!

But, I am an example of someone who HAS GAINED, and I have only been at it since April 9th, 2007. It may not be much, but I am please with it. I may never gain another cm, but I will still keep trying, and I know that I will be healthier because of it.

So don’t give up, D-Block. Give it another chance, be persistent and stick with it.

Man D-Block you just don’t have any dedication and don’t talk shit about PE! It pisses me off when people make fun of PE or just talk shit about it like that doesn’t work, etc. Every one can be skeptic about it, but it’s proven to work! Maybe you didn’t clear you mind before you started, work outs alone will not help if you’re head is thinking wrong! I have a big dedication and mind power, in my head I won’t stop whit PE until I reach my goal. So that’s that! I don’t have any excuses and I’m positive ill reach it one day! Don’t stop man!

Relax guys, he probably is extremely frustrated after not seeing even a mm of gain, I know how it feels, I did not realise I had gained until about 5 months of PE.

Like people already have mentioned, there have been lots of PEers that have not seen gains in years, only to finally hit the “zone” and finally gain. Quik4life comes to mind (do a search).

So you have been jelqing and stretching, well, there are a myriad of more high pressure exercises here and you could try PE with devices; Pumping, clamping, hanging and using a extender (or various ADS set ups).

You have not even begun exploring PE D-block. Stick around, I honestly believe anyone can gain, it is a matter of trial and error, dedication, training smart (keeping a progress log, dismissing what does not give you results and building further upon the routines/methods that give you positive signs such as rock hard erections etc..) and staying positive.

I also recommend that you take a starting photo, BPEL, standing, bending your erection so it is parallel to the floor, pushing the ruler as hard as you possibly can into your pubis bone. This is a excellent way of monitoring your gains.

Lots of good guys here at thunders as well, post your questions, create a progress log, read up and follow other peoples progress logs.

I have personally been a member here at thunders place for two years now and I count my join date as my PE-start (I did PE a couple of years before but not methodically and I was not dedicated). After two years I have had very moderate gains (never took a starting BPEL measurement, only NBPEL, so I can not be sure exactly how much I have gained, but it is about 1” BPEL +- and 0” in girth.) and I am still about 1” away from my goal size but I know with 100% certainty that I will reach my goal.

We are continually becoming smarter here at thunders place and I am certain that we will find better and better guidelines to follow to achieve maximum growth as we continue to share our experiences and thought about PE.

What you choose to do is your decision…just know that you are still a PE-novice and that there are lots of ways to go about enlarging ones penis.

D-Block, maybe this will help, maybe it won’t.

I first started PE 2 years ago for 3 months. When I didn’t see any gains I was like you. F-this BS!. But 1 month before I started again (the beginning of Jannuary) I broke down and cried from thinking my unit was too small. I’m confessing this to thousands of people right now my friend. Now 6 months into it only on the newbie routine I have gained ALMOST a full inch. One man said “the ruler doesn’t lie” well this is true. At first gains were miniscule but were there so I don’t use the ruler very often. I just get the hardest erection as possible and I can see the gains. Your eyes don’t lie either if your disciplined enough.

Why I think my gains came this time? I was consistent and have been keeping at it. Maybe ur erection level is too high when you jelq, maybe you’re not jelqing long enough, research this great place called Thunders and see what others have done that brought about gains.

This isn’t a scam, just be patient and if it’s not working try something new. You don’t have to hang weights from it but you might have to learn some new techniques for your manual exercise

I think you, D-Block can see that your brothers here at Thunder’s care about you and wish you well. They want you to continue so that eventually you will see the gains you want. But, buddy, you have to stick with it. Consistency is the rule. Also, you might want to check out the “babbis” “Revised Newbie Routine” and try that.

And, JayPeace, why don’t you complete your PE Statistics and routine. You can keep a record and we can follow it. It’s a good thing!
