Technical questions about Newbie Routine

Technical questions about Newbie Routine

Yo guys, recently started my 5th month of PE and 3rd month in a row of PE.

The real gain for me was around 1-2 mm in girth and something near 1 cm in length (4,5 cm girth and near 17 cm length the finals).
After ensuring some gains I decided to re-watch video in exercise section and understood, that I do both stretching and jelq a bit out of “basic”.
So, wanna hear your opinions, could I deplete my gains by a bit other technique or I boosted them instead.

1) Stretching, I’m a bit worried about “static stretch” in Simple Manual Stretches Video, tried it same way only today for 1st time. These 2 months I was doing similar stretch in 4 different directions, but dynamic one.
I’m using warming gel, in sex-shop it is classified as one for Pen-building. After applying it all over the penis’s body I slide with one hand, using reversed OK-grip, and then with another, when 1st reaches penis head.
Doing it in one direction for something near 30 seconds, overall time for stretch varies from 10 to 15 minutes.

2) Jelqing. Well, it is a bit complicated to describe, but - most similar I do it the way as it done in Dry Jelq Video. With one hand only, repeating slow slide with regular OK-grip from base till head of penis. Whole duration varies from 5 to 10 minutes. Doing it also with same gel, so yes. In my case it is a bit not-dry-jelq xDD
The reason of one hand - I’m quite well built, no excessive fat, 178/70 and uncut. Often swims and do push ups. But on scrotum side of the penis there is quite much of excessive skin. So when I tried doing with both hands jelq - I didn’t feel any pressure or tension at all. As a whole penis wasn’t gaining as much blood, as it does with single hand.

I’m quite happy after these 2 months, as gains weren’t GREATLY noticeable for me, but the real gain is in weight of penis somehow. According to my feelings it almost doubled or something (don’t have small, accurate scales to check).
Still I’m interested - am I doing ok in terms of more experienced ones in PE?

As long as you are gaining don’t change anything. Your routine is reasonable and you are getting bigger.

Just keep at it and stay consistent until the Newbie gains begin to stall. Then you might consider some changes in your routine but I’d ride it out until that happens.

Good luck.

After what period without gains I should re-think my exercise program?
Another question, what if I enlarge, my day-offs to 4-5? I’m getting a bit busy and even thinking about stopping PE for one month, but thinks that such a flop in exercises could damage my future gains((
I speak here similarly to regular fitness strategy, where 1 month without training makes you weak and muscles degrade in their capacity.

If the gains stop for, say, two to three months, that would be the time to think about changing your routine. You might want to up the frequency or intensity of your routine, or experiment with different exercises at that point. Or even consider adding a device.

It really is a trial and error process, including when to take rest days, do decons, etc. The most important thing is to watch your PI’s when you make changes and listen to your dick.

The good news is that you have everything you need right here to come up with new ideas to change things up when your newbie gains stall and you hit a plateau.

Good luck.

Consistency is key, keep up the routine and the results will yield. Everyone wants gains right away. This is a marathon not a sprint. It may take 5 years to get where you want but if you keep it up you will get there eventually

I also jelq using one hand, for the same reason. I use the other to keep the skin tense, and switch back and forth frequently. I’ve had good results with it. If you can feel the pressure moving toward the head and it looks expanded at the end of your session, then it’s working.

For a while, I was also putting a produce rubber band around my balls, to help keep the skin out of the way. I found this very helpful, but my technique has shifted a little, and I kept snagging the rubber band with my finger, so I stopped.

I’m not sure I understand your stretch routine—especially if lube is involved—but as long as you’re gently pulling the shaft to full tension and holding it there, the particulars of how you do it are not super-important.

Why the Smithsonian? Because you could walk around it for a week and not see the whole thing.

Well, my stretch I don’t hold even for a moment, but I’m just pulling penis as much as I can downwards, in knee direction, and then repeat it again with other hand. The moves of hand technically are the slides along penis body.

Full tension I also avoid, as feeling is a bit creepy during it and I don’t feel any positive elongation for penis. While with slide moves I actually feel how penis remains in enlarged state (in terms of length) for longer time.

P.S. It could be similar to pulling the small elephant by his trunk xDD I mean the description of my slide moves for stretching

I’d suggest you might be better off with tension plus time. You shouldn’t stretch so hard it hurts, of course—just a feeling of stretch. Stretch gently until it’s as far as it will go comfortably, then hold it there. After a little while, you will feel like the tissue relaxes and you can stretch it a tiny bit further. Marinara wrote a very well-regarded post about manual stretches you may want to read. Tricks And Tips For Manual Stretching

I currently stretch up, down, right, left, straight out, and then around in a circular motion; 2 sets; 90 seconds for each direction. I worked up from 30 seconds each.
