Brand new here. I did try to use the search function, so if I posted it here, I’m sorry but I couldn’t find it elsewhere;

1. Masturbation
I searched this keyword and didn’t get what I was looking for. So, what I imagine is a relatively common question;
How does masturbation effect PE? Should I abstain as much as possible? Or am I torturing myself from doing it for no reason?
More specifically; Should I masturbate on the days I do PE? The days off that I don’t do PE?

2. Underwear
This is probably a stupid question but;
Boxers, briefs, whitey tighties? I have ALWAYS worn loose fitted boxers, I enjoy not feeling restricted down there. But then I’m reading how crucial heat is to your unit, and boxers provide little insulation. Does this matter all or this kind of overbearing?
Also, the kind of boxers I wear don’t stretch, and therefore it is physically impossible for me to get a properly formed full erection while wearing them (when I’m sleeping for example). Is this bad? Should I sleep naked to fix this?

3. Jelqing
What kind of pressure are we talking here when gripping the penis? When I do it, I don’t really feel blood being forced to the head/glans. Should it? While I have your attention; would you recommend doing a kegel between each stroke?

4. Kegels
I could do a 1000 kegels holding for a half second (essentially just pulsing), but holding a kegel for more than 5 seconds is incredibly difficult and only can do a couple in a row. Does this mean I have weak kegels, and just keep at it, or am I doing it wrong?

#1 The are 2 schools of thought on this one, and the debate rages on. I will answer it by saying that there are guys here who masturbate and still make gains. I suppose you could take regular measurements and see if masturbating hinders you or not, and adjust your lifestyle accordingly.

#2. Personally, I go commando, but that is my preference. I do it for comfort, not for enlargement. As far as heat being crucial, that is a reference to warming up before a stretch. Keeping your testicles warm all day is a recipe for low sperm count.

#4. I do kegels, not for PE, but because I like to shoot far. I used to do several 1000 rapid pulses a day but that was overkill. Through trial and error, I discovered that doing 100 5-second holds maintained my shooting ability and gave more intense orgasms so that is now what I’m doing.

As to #3, you’ll have to listen to your penis on that one, but yes, I believe you should feel the blood moving if it is to be effective. I don’t kegel between strokes but I don’t see it hurting anything as long as you don’t end up jelqing with a full erection.

#1 OK well I don’t expect significant gains for a while, so it will be hard to judge. For now I’m going to keep on keepin’ on, and perhaps later change it up.

#2 Makes sense. I recently (about a month, for the majority of the nights) have been sleeping naked but haven’t noticed too much. It does have me wondering if fighting a restricting piece of clothing actually strengthens erections as resistance training develops muscles. This, as opposed to commando, doesn’t have to try hard at all.

#3 OK I’ve read this about the full erection, but why is that? I’ve been doing it with a 90%-95% erection because that’s when I feel the most effective push of blood. Am I risking an injury?

1. Never caused me to not gain, and I masturbate daily, sometimes twice.

2. Underwear choice only has an effect on your sperm, briefs kill the swimmers by keeping your testicles too warm.

3. Your glans should swell with each stroke.
