Summarizing my questions in one thread;
Brand new here. I did try to use the search function, so if I posted it here, I’m sorry but I couldn’t find it elsewhere;
1. Masturbation
I searched this keyword and didn’t get what I was looking for. So, what I imagine is a relatively common question;
How does masturbation effect PE? Should I abstain as much as possible? Or am I torturing myself from doing it for no reason?
More specifically; Should I masturbate on the days I do PE? The days off that I don’t do PE?
2. Underwear
This is probably a stupid question but;
Boxers, briefs, whitey tighties? I have ALWAYS worn loose fitted boxers, I enjoy not feeling restricted down there. But then I’m reading how crucial heat is to your unit, and boxers provide little insulation. Does this matter all or this kind of overbearing?
Also, the kind of boxers I wear don’t stretch, and therefore it is physically impossible for me to get a properly formed full erection while wearing them (when I’m sleeping for example). Is this bad? Should I sleep naked to fix this?
3. Jelqing
What kind of pressure are we talking here when gripping the penis? When I do it, I don’t really feel blood being forced to the head/glans. Should it? While I have your attention; would you recommend doing a kegel between each stroke?
4. Kegels
I could do a 1000 kegels holding for a half second (essentially just pulsing), but holding a kegel for more than 5 seconds is incredibly difficult and only can do a couple in a row. Does this mean I have weak kegels, and just keep at it, or am I doing it wrong?
