Is it possible to stretch too hard and damage something?? I just don’t want to be doing pe incorrectly


If you manually stretch, it’s very difficult. Just make sure you have the right grip, grip it below the head with an o grip, where you place your index and thumb together to make an o, grip under your head, and lightly pull, if it slides off, re apply grip and pull again. It takes some practice.

Here, I was a newbie once and I’ll help you out so you don’t have to go through all the shit I did. Do the newbie routine in the shower every other day for a few weeks to become adjusted. For stretches, stretch it right and left, out away from your body, then down, and then up, and then the btc, which is where you pull it between your butt cheeks (order of stretches really doesn’t matter, just do each stretch for about 30 seconds). I know, it sounds weird, but it’s a good stretch. If it hurts, then stop! Just make sure you apply heat before and after. For jelqing, I’d use some lotion. Be sure you also apply lotion after you’re done drying off. Yeah, it’s weird shit, I wouldn’t be telling all your friends about it. Hell, I wouldn’t even tell your girl about it.

Another question you may have is if it works? From my brief six or so months, I’ve gained a full 3/4” in length and about 1/2” in girth. If I would have been consistent, I would have made even greater gains. There are negative effects though, but I can tell you how to fix those. The negative effects are that your dick may have stretch marks or that the hair around the base of your shaft could move forward up the shaft. Both these can be fixed but shouldn’t be encountered till after some major gains.

Follow this routine:

The Newbie Routine
5 minutes heat (hot water in the shower/hot tub)
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes heat (hot water in the shower/hot tub)
