Stretching vs. Hanging vs. Pumping

Does anyone have experience stretching, pumping and hanging? If so do you think either one is better. My main goal is length. I am 8 1/4 x 5 1/2 my goal is 11 x 6.

None is better, all can work, some people have personal preferences but this won’t help you specifically.
