Stretch too painful

Is there any way to make the strech less painful. When I wrap & stretch my glans hurt and I can’t hold very long. Any suggestions?

Are you gripping your glans when you stretch? If you are then stop it imediately. You should be gripping about an inch or so behind the glans. If you can’t get a good grip try using TP or latex gloves.

Don’t do it so hard. Take it easy.

As everyone said + go gradually. Dont go like BANG 12 inches stretch when your dick can take a 7 inches stretch. Easy boy… you only have one dick.

Stretch it to a good pain stretch, then increase it gradually as your PE session progress.

Try to get your head a little “swollen” by pushing blood in there this will help you get a better grip. Try to grab your penis under the head in a way that allows you to feel that the grip is on the shaft and not on the glans. The skin there in much less sensitive. Try to put baby powder on your hands and dick this reduces the frictions and allows you a more solid grip. Oh, and like chunky said go easy on this. Just like you would do with any other physical exercise. Start slowly and increase progressively. Now you know all the secrets to having a good stretch.

OK everyone is talking about gripping below the glans.. Bet when I do this it and try to stretch it just pulls the skin over my glans and stretches the skin, not the ligs. (I am circumcised)

The only way I ever get a good stretch is to grip under the glans and then let my fingers get “caught” under the lip of my glans. I assume this is the same you you do it. You don’t actually grip the glans itself, but use it as a means of stopping your hand from slipping off your penis. I also use TP for grip, and this helps some. I just get confused sometimes when people say grip an inch behind your glans because I find it physically impossible to stretch without getting the glans involved somehow.

I can’t do it an inch below either, when I say “below the head” I mean the way you’ve just described
