I know when you first start hanging your supposed to start very light . But with 3lbs I feel no stretch or fatigue

I am new to hanging (just two weeks in) but make sure you are performing multiple sets and every day..

I started with 2.5 lbs for the first week for 3x10 min AM and again PM. All BTC.
I have added 2 1lb weights over the two weeks for just the first set and also I do SU for the last set both AM and PM

Give some more info: What angle, number of sets, length of sets.
