stretch after jelqing?

Hello everyone.

I have been doing MANUAL STRETCH - JELQING - MANUAL STRETCH

After 30 minutes of jeqling, my penis would look fuller (pumped).

My question is: Should I just do a warm down and let my penis stay full? Or, can I do more stretches after jelqing to further stretch out, and then a warm-down?

If your unit can handle it then do some extra stretches. Just make sure you don’t over do anything though.
