Streching in the newbie routine

Hey guys I just read some routines and most of them say to stretch 5 minutes of stretching to each direction for 30 sec but if I do that it will only be 2.5 minutes or should I do 2 times to each direction?

You do each direction twice, I go like this: Left, Right, Up, Down, Straight Out -> Left, Right, Up, Down, Straight Out.

Each pull lasts for 30 seconds. You don’t have to follow that exact order.

You should increase your time some as long as it feels like you are getting a good stretch and not hurting yourself. The newbie routine is a good one to condition yourself with. Just pay attention and dont over work yourself.
