Still getting donut after 3 months
I have been doing pe for a little over three months. I want to start getting into clamping and eventually the pump and clamp. Everytime I get a good jelq in around 200 or any more I get the donut effect. I even do light clamps now and seem to get this effect at the end of one session. I know there are types of wraps I can use, but will this ever stop happening it is kinda preventing me from any more pe.
