I can count how many times I’ve been on-and-off with PE. This time though I am definitely going to stick with it.

My routine as of now is:

5 minutes warmup
5 minutes stretching (2 sets of 30 second holds down, up, straight out, rotate, BTC stretch)
10 minutes jelqing (3-5 second holds)
5 minutes warm down

I’ve actually done some kind of research looking through this forum this time around.. So I just had a couple of questions.

1. Obviously hanging seems to be very effective in length gains which I am most focused on. Since hanging is basically a down stretch, should I increase the time of my down stretch holds? I definitely do feel the stretch when I do the downward stretch. Also, are there any other stretches that I should incorporate into my routine that may make it more effective (fowfers, etc)? It also seems to be like the BTC stretch and fowfer is the same what exactly is the difference ?

2. I’ve also read on some threads that newbies should start off with a lot number of jelqs like 50.. But the newbie routine says 10 minutes of jelqing and if I do the math, 10 minutes of jelqing is around 200 jelqs with 3 second holds so instead of using the time, whats a good number of jelqs I should start with and how often should I increase the number of jelqs?

Personally I started off with 5minutes of jelqing

Gradually increasing 30-60 seconds every session

So 5min > 5.5min > 6min > 7min > 8min > 9min > 10min

I can’t really say much about the stretches but I’d assume your penis would need to get used to the stretching as well as the jelqing so I wouldn’t introduce any excess or new stretches for 6weeks

Come over to the dark side of PE LMAO sorry.Ya you could stretch down but it would be less accurate then weights.I first started with weights I could fill the soreness the next day all the way down my lig,I don’t thank you can get that from stretching.It’s a lot less manual too,just sit there and hang for 20 min,take it off, stretch and do it all over aging for about an hour or so.It fills awesome after awhile.But maybe that’s just me.LOL

I don’t think I should start hanging until at least a few months of dedicated PE.. I’m guessing stretching could still be effective though if I do it right. I’ve read some things where people say they stretch in every direction, does this literally mean I have to stretch like up down left right? Or are the stretches that I’m currently doing (down, up, straight out, rotate, BTC stretch) good enough?
